Phrae governor Wttana Putthichart said he had ordered Wang Chin district authorities and other agencies to urgently provide needed assistance. In Udon Thani, two people were injured and 15 houses and three rice barns damaged when thunderstorms hit two villages in Ban Phue district on Thursday night.
